1. I don't know where to purchase my ticket?
Tickets are ONLY selling at ticketyetu.com
2. How do I know my ticket is genuine?
Tickets are ONLY selling at the ticketyetu.com website. The unique QR identifier can ONLY be generated by this website. Any other source will not be viable. DO NOT SHARE your ticket with anyone.
3. I paid for my ticket but I'm yet to receive it.
If you have paid for your ticket, it should be sent to your email. Ensure your email is not full. Also check the spam folder to ensure it wasn't flagged.
If you still cannot find it in your email, send an email to [email protected] or call +254(0)711046046 for assistance.
4. I'm not sure which ticket category to purchase.
Every ticket category has different prices and packages.
The Main Arena ticket is going for Ksh.8,000
The VIP ticket is going for Ksh.15,000
The VVIP tickets are going as a pair for Ksh.60,000
5. What does the regular ticket comprise of?
The regular ticket allows you entry to the venue for an R&B experience headlined by award winning boy-band Boyz II Men.
6. What does the VIP ticket comprise of?
In addition to entry, the VIP ticket comes with a VIP dinner experience, separate designated lavatories and a separate designated seating area.
7. What does the VVIP ticket comprise of?
In addition to entry and a VVIP dinner experience, this ticket category comes with a separate designated entrance and parking area, separate designated lavatories, a prepaid host bar and close proximity to the stage.

Gates will open at 4pm.
10. Will there be seats?
Yes. Every ticket category will have a seating arrangement.
